How to edit an event

  1. Click the Edit Event navigation link to edit the description, date and time, and other information.
  2. Click the Save Event button.
  3. Review your event's details.
  4. To publish your event, click Edit Event and set the Publish Status to "Approved for viewing on the Web" and click the Save Event button.

How to add e-mail addresses to an event

Adding individual e-mails to the event:
  1. Click the Add E-Mail Addresses navigation link.
  2. Enter or paste your e-mail list into the field "Enter the name and e-mail address for each person to invite."
    • Be sure to use one of the formats in the list of examples.
    • Use each person's first and last name when available so you can identify who RSVPs.
    • New contacts will be added to your My Contacts list for use in the future.
  3. Click the Add E-Mail Addresses to Event button.
Adding a Contact Group to the event:
  1. Click Edit Event.
  2. In the Contact Group section select a Contact Group.
  3. Click the Save Event button.
The selected Contact Group of people will be added to the event within three hours.

How to send invitations to your e-mail list

  1. If your event's status is "Editing", click the Edit Event navigation link. Then, set the Publish Status to "Approved for viewing on the Web" and click the Save Event button.
  2. Click the Send E-Mails navigation link.
  3. Choose the amount of time prior to event to send your e-mail invitation (1 hour to 2 weeks).
  4. Optionally enter any additional text that should appear in the e-mail invitation. This text appears below the event description information.
  5. Click the Save Event E-Mail Announcement Schedule button.

How to see the RSVP list for an event

  1. Click the View RSVPs navigation link.
  2. The list shows the name, RSVP status, and date responded for each contact on your mailing list, as well as other contacts who found your event in our event calendar.

How to copy an event

  1. If your event's status is "Editing", click the Edit Event navigation link. Then, set the Publish Status to "Approved for viewing on the Web" and click the Save Event button.
  2. Click the Copy this Event navigation link create a new event that uses information and settings from the existing event.
  3. Change the date, location, or other information, then approve the event.
  4. Click the Save Event button.
  5. Review your event's details.
  6. To publish your event, click Edit Event and set the Publish Status to "Approved for viewing on the Web" and click the Save Event button.
  7. Note: Be sure to either add e-mail addresses to the event, or select one of your Contact Groups to automatically select people to invite.

How to repeat an event

  1. If your event's status is "Editing", click the Edit Event navigation link. Then, set the Publish Status to "Approved for viewing on the Web" and click the Save Event button.
  2. Note: To have e-mail invitations sent for each repeated event, be sure you have selected a Contact Group of people on the original event you are repeating. This Contact Group will be used on your repeated events to automatically invite to these future events. If you have not used a Contact Group on the original event, click Edit Event and select the Contact Group before proceeding.
  3. Click the Repeat this Event navigation link.
  4. Choose how often to repeat the event and the end date.
  5. Choose when each repeated event should be added to the calendar.
  6. Click the Repeat this Event button to add the new events.
