Consultants Meet Monday
This is the regular monthly meeting of the Monterey Bay Consultants Group, sponsored by IMC (the Institute of Management Consultants). All interested parties welcome.
Where: The meeting will be held at Marie Callendar's 3400 Clares Street, Capitola. Networking at 7:15am. The meeting ends promptly at 9am.

This month we are honored to have Cherryll Sevey as our presenter. Holder of the prestigious CMC designation and long time member of IMC, Cherryll is professional advisor to major companies on compensation. She will share her insights on what is happening today in the business world.
The New Normal 2011—How it Impacts Companies and Employees
As we all know, the past couple of years have been very challenging, and employees and companies continue to struggle to deal with the economic hand we've been dealt. What is the New Normal and what we need to do to thrive in the coming recovery.
Cherryll's presentation will be followed by a round table discussion to learn from the variety of practice area perspectives, how our businesses are impacted and best ways to adapt to the new normal.
Cherryll Sevy is President and co-founder of Cypress Ridge Solutions, a Human Resources management consulting firm in Silicon Valley. For over 20 years, as a consultant, trainer and speaker, Cherryll has partnered with her clients to create strategies and implemented programs to keep and reward great people. Cherryll has worked with many of the valley's large high tech companies, manufacturers, banks, publishers, and many large Bay Area non-profits.
Her HR specialty areas include employee performance, compensation plans, sales and executive incentive programs, and retention strategies. Regardless of type of businesses, she's learned that most all employees have the same needs and wants—to do good work for a company that treats them fairly.
Reservations: Reservations and payment by credit card may be made by registering on this site. Registration at the door (as space permits) by cash or check: $20, $15 for IMC members, additional $5 registration charge to register first time visitors.
