Veteran nonprofit turn-around artist Joseph Morrison will be on hand to help lead the conversation and to offer a proven method of lifting your organization out of the doldrums and turning it into a high-impact one in which people are active and engaged. As CEO of Raiser Sharp Conuslting, Mr. Morrison specializes in working with Executive Directors of small to mid-sized nonprofits who want to grow their organizations, but have been unable to, or just don't know how!
