Speaker
Todd Boyer, Shareholder, Littler Mendelson P.C., represents and counsels
management clients in connection with all types of employment matters
arising under federal and state law, including claims of discrimination,
harassment retaliation, and failure to accommodate based on Title VII,
FEHA, FMLA, ADA, and the ADEA. Mr. Boyer previously worked as a Judge
Advocate for the United States Navy where he tried felony and misdemeanor
cases before military judges and juries. Mr. Boyer currently serves in the
U.S. Air Force Reserve as a Judge Advocate, holding the rank of Major.
