This summit is the first of its kind, bringing together leaders in the investment, clean technology, workforce and public policy sectors. The goal is to advance long-term investment, job creation, and financial growth within the green technology industry with a focus on engaging low-income communities. Key figures at the state and national level will articulate the challenges and solution strategies for diversified, continuous expansion of green business and technology.
Climate action will serve as an economic development strategy for California’s communities, with the utilization of pioneering technologies, the skilled labor pool, and academic resources throughout the state. This Summit will unite principal decision-makers to explore the expectations for growth and demand, new labor opportunities, education and training in the new energy economy in California.
