The South Bay Professional Connection Presents Musician John Pieplow
A Special Birthday Benefit Concert by Acclaimed Musician John Pieplow at The Ardmore at 705 in Hermosa Beach, CA. A portion of the evening's proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.
Acclaimed Musician John Pieplow, known for his unique musical blend of blues, jazz and pop, will perform a special birthday benefit concert for the American Cancer Society.
He has played at the East West Pro Tennis Classic at Home Depot Center, the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater with Huey Lewis and the News; Chicago; Earth, Wind and Fire and Chris Botti. John was the headline band for the 2008 St. Patrick's Day Show at the House of Blues Sunset Strip.
He has opened for The English Beat; Rock Star Supernova Winner Lucas Rossi; American Idol Finalist Ryann Star, five-time Grammy-nominee, Ambrosia; and multi-Grammy and Oscar-winner Christopher Cross at the House of Blues Sunset Strip. Pieplow has won several music awards including: "Best Alternative Band 2004;" "Best Solo Artist 2003;" a 2005 nomination for "Best Guitarist;" 2006 "Album of the Year;" and a 2007 nomination for "Best Song-Writer" by LA's Rock City News.
In the past year and a half, John Pieplow has performed more than 80 shows at premiere music venues in Los Angeles including the House of Blues, Troubadour, Key Club, Whiskey A Go Go, The Roxy, The El Rey Theatre and the Viper Room.
In addition to his musical appeal, John developed a dedicated fan base as the film director of the cult favorite "STRANGELAND."

HOW: $10 donation includes appetizers prepared by The Ardmore Chef, formerly with Donald Trump National Golf Course, Palos Verdes and the Viceroy Hotel. A portion of the evening's proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
