The Love Nurture Body Series is designed to provide a sacred space for women to embrace our truths, heal our hearts and love our lives. The workshop last for two hours and takes place over the course of four classes or can be taught as one individual class. This series centers around women breaking down barriers of insecurity, doubt and fear; acknowledging our personal needs, dre...ams and desires and embracing all of the shapes, sizes and shades of our bodies.
The Love Nurture Body Series workshops utilize the performing and healing arts to evoke self awareness and empowerment through dance, music, yoga, meditation, poetry, visualization, movement, goal setting, affirmations and sacred circles of sharing communication
