"The Green Building Revolution". Jerry's presentation will cover the full spectrum of green building
initiatives, successes and challenges. He will showcase exciting developments in the commercial
building sector, including office, retail and hotel segments and will share his ideas for marketing
and technology development.
A unique combination of professional engineer and professional marketer, Jerry Yudelson is a
former board member of the U.S. Green Building Council and serves as a LEED national faculty
member. Since 2001, he has trained more than 3,000 people in the U.S. Green Building rating
system. Currently, Jerry serves as the Chair of the USGBC’s 2007 Greenbuild international
green building conference and expo. This will be the world’s largest green building conference
and it will take place in Chicago in November. Jerry is the author of six books on green buildings,
including Green Building:A to Z (2007), The Green Building Revolution (2007), Marketing Green
Buildings: Guide for Engineering, Construction, Architecture (2006), and Developing Green:
Stratgies for Success (2006). He is a contributing editor to Environmental Design & Construction
magazine and the website, www.igreenbuild.com.
