Free Fitness and Health Fair August 7
Iron Horse Nutrition, in conjunction with Express Fitness gym, will host a
free fitness and health fair on Saturday, August 7, from 10 am to 3 pm
offering the community an opportunity to participate in a day of
activities focused on fitness and health. The store and gym are located
in the Rose Pavillion shopping center in Pleasanton.
Vendors from top name brand supplement companies will be available to
provide information about the latest nutritional supplements and offer
samples. Companies include All-American EFX, Gaspari, VPX, MET-Rx, Lana's
Egg Whites and Ultimate Iceman, UFC legend Chuck Liddell's own line of
supplements. Iron Horse Nutrition is the sole retailer of Liddell's
products in the Bay Area.
Pro athletes who represent the vendors will be available to talk to guests
about their company's products, provide fitness advice, and sign
autographs. Among the celebrity body builders will be Flex Wheeler, the
four-time Arnold Classic winner, who Arnold Schwarzenegger once described
as the best body builder he ever saw.
Guests at the event will have the opportunity to participate in
fitness-related contests such as the Gaspari Super-Pump Challenge, and
enter raffle drawings for prizes offered by Express Fitness gym and Iron
Horse Nutrition.
