Description
|
A gentle candlelight yoga class. We begin the practice with a short flow or lunar salutations. This is followed with a standing practice and finally a few yin postures. All props are provided. Bring your own blanket.This class is nurturing and gentle. Perfect to do just before bedtime!
** The class is limited to six students so please sign up early if you wish to attend! You will only be reserved a spot if you choose "YES", not "MAYBE". **
