Intergenerational / Interdisciplinary Writers Lab Final Public Reading
a public reading by local emerging writers
A public reading by emerging writers in a unique literary workshop with two of SF's oldest interdisciplinary arts organizations, the IWL thoroughly explores and develops participants' writing skills and styles. Twelve selected students will participate in workshops led by accomplished writers and artists Jewelle Gomez and Truong Tran, attend special exhibitions and performances, have the opportunity to perform/read work at a public event, and be published in online anthology.
