This full-day program specifically designed for senior leaders and

Through a series of practical exercises and debriefs, HR University
provides the ideal platform to plan, prepare and execute an effective
negotiation strategy in a small group setting. Take away strategies and
tactics for leading multi-issue negotiations, and:

2. Plan and prepare for a negotiation between individuals or teams
