Make Social Media Work for You and Your Business

Social media is no longer just a marketing trend. The recent growth of
sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn attest to the fact that
social media outlets are a business reality as well as a social
imperative. Whether you work in corporate, non-profit, start-up or from
home, you know about social media...but do you know how to make it work
for you?

- Women excel at networking -- making connections is our second nature --
but will link, post, friend and recommend take the place of meetings?
- Business persona versus personal personas-- who are you online?
- How can you tell if social media will have a positive net effect on your
bottom line, and how much time should you spend on it?

Join fellow female professionals who will get the conversation started by
telling about their own successes and struggles with social media for
their start-up business, within larger organizations, and on behalf of
their clients:

- Bettina Jetter, Coaching Sanctuary Founder, will address how social
media has played a part in starting up her business.
- Chaszey Sandhriel-Dejay, Pay It Forward Academy Executive Director, will
address her experience writing and teaching social networking classes to
increase business presence.
- Betsy Streeter, Cartoonist/Illustrator/Designer/Teaching Artist, will
address how she promotes her illustrations using social media.
- Nicole Kidd, Rebmann Research U.S. Trend Scout & Analyst, using her
experience to strategically nudge a reluctant German healthcare client
onto the global stage.

How do YOU use social media, for your business, for your personal life?
Bring an experience to tell!
