CANCELLATION POLICY
*No refunds will be given for cancelations received on or after November 1, 2009
Request for refunds must be made in writing. If a request is postmarked/received prior to October 10, 2009, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded. If request is postmarked/received on or after November 1, 2009, no refund will be given.
We can invoice you via PayPal (please send an email requesting that to BAC-AHDI@BAC-AHDI.org ) or you may mail your registration fee with check payable to Buckeye Area Chapter AHDI to our treasurer, Barbara Naill, CMT, AHDI-F, 2110 Simison Road, Spring Valley, Ohio 45370.
for PayPal payments please add $3.00 to the fees listed above.
