LA Fashion Week gets kicked off by a green stiletto at "EcoNouveau",
a fashion, music and art show on Saturday, October 13th in downtown Los Angeles at restored cathedral Vibiana.

EcoNouveau, a co-production spearheaded
by Rob Ganger of Pollinator Media Group and Sarah Shewey of Pink Cloud Events,
will feature the Spring/Summer 08 collection of the most innovative eco-fashion
designers Gary Harvey, Bahar Shahpar and Amanda Shi
in a non-traditional runway show crafted for an audience of
1,500 international press, buyers and eco-conscious culture makers and influencers.

Alternative art and production company BOXeight is the official host of EcoNouveau.
Music by Dublab featuring Mia Doi Todd, Daedelus, Frosty and DJ Nobody.
