Opinion-makers from outside the world of water -- a marketing expert, political leader, and editor -- discuss water supply issues, how to introduce new ideas and change consumer behavior, and how San Diego County residents and business owners will think of water in 2012. The public/private working groups launched after the 2006 Summit will present progress reports on their development of 1) a model water-efficient landscaping ordinance for San Diego County, 2) a collaborative industry cluster to develop the supply chain for water efficient landscaping products and services, and 3) public education.
