Speaker Rebecca Johnson, of Consult RJ has the unique skills and experience to translate complex financial concepts into everyday language. Trained as a CPA, RJ has held corporate positions in international finance, communications, human resources management, and M&A project management. She works with businesses as an expert in aligning compensation strategy with business objectives. Rebecca is an executive board member of NCHRA, and a frequent industry conference speaker.
