Black Marriage Weekend 2008
Black Marriage Day will be celebrated for the sixth year Sunday, March 30, 2008. It is celebrated annually at locally sponsored events hosted by faith-based and community groups on the fourth Sunday of each March. Starting with only 30 cities in 2003, marriage activists in more than 150 cities celebrated Black Marriage Day in March 2007 to highlight the benefits of marriage, pay tribute to successful marriages, and to promote marriage in the Black Community. More Than Events has packed so many wonderful activities into this years event, we are taking ovetr the whole weekend!
