QinetiQ North America's accredited ITIL V3 Foundation classes, offered in partnership with ITSM Academy, are delivered over three (3) days. They are filled with sample documents, hand-on exercises, case studies and lively discussions. Foundation exam included on last day of class. Woven through all of our V3 Certification classes is our unique virtualization Living the Lifecycle®, which brings processes and concepts to life. The certification exam is included.
Course Objective:
Introduces the key concepts of each ITIL® V3 function, process and lifecycle stage.
- The stages and processes within the Service Lifecycle
- Business value of implementing each proces in an organization
- Objectives and basic concepts related to each process
- Activities and roles involved in each proces
- Relationship of each process to other processes
- Terminology, techniques and practical approaches
Duration:
First two days 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Third Day: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and Exam from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Prerequisite: Familiarity with IT services is recommended.
Training Fee: $1495 - Includes training materials, ITIL V3 Foundation Handbook, exam fee and meals.
Certification Exam: ITIL® V3 Foundation certification is achieved with a passing score of 26 out of 40 multiple choice questions taken over the course of a 60 minute time period. Learners take their test on the final day of class.

Cancellation Policy:
You may reschedule your class with no financial penalty more than 10 business days before the class start date. All classes rescheduled within 10 business days of the class start date will incur a $200 administrative fee. Rescheduling of class dates will be available on a space-available basis.
All class cancellations made more than 10 business days before the class start date will incur a $200 administrative fee. Classes may not be cancelled within 10 business days of the class start date without forfeiture of all payment already made. Classes within this window may be rescheduled as described above.
No-shows cannot transfer payment to another class and will not receive a refund.
All courses are subject to cancellation. Should QinetiQ North America cancel or reschedule the class, attendees will be notified and given the option to switch to another date or cancel without penalty. When a course is cancelled, QinetiQ North America assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or lodging expenses.
